How and What can spending time with Nature teach humans?

Nature is the best gift of this life on Earth. The warmth of the Sun and breeze of the wind make us feel lightened and have the capability to change our mood and the vibe. Inhale the cool breeze of positivity and exhale the negative. Nature is a gift to adore. The beauty of nature is splendid. The rays of the Sun are blessings straight from heaven for this beautiful planet and its people. The sunlight is a ray of love and affection. The shapes of the clouds are signs of love. Sometimes, it makes you smile. Sometimes, it makes you believe in magic. Sometimes, it gives you some hints.

The birds flying in the sky are messengers of freedom, harmony and peace. They open their wings and give a sense of lively liberty. Pigeons and parrots form groups and fly over our head. They take away our worries and sorrows. They give us a sense of happening and gathering into a team to fight and win. The Eagles flying high above look fantabulous. They teach us to fly high, aspire big and achieve great at the same time looking at your feet on the ground. The green large trees bring sparkle in our eyes. The things which trees give humans, nobody ever can. Wood, paper, our constant fuel oxygen, shade and what not. This oxygen taker and carbon dioxide giver for trees is human. This lovely and survival interconnection is a bliss. It gives us the value and essence of global interconnection between the masses.

The blooming flowers give a sense of life and growth. Their beauty, varied combinations and patterns say their uniqueness and differentiability from each other. Same as in humans, the colour, race, caste and gender, everything is beautiful, unique and different in its own way. The thorns on long stem teach us that life is a long road full of challenges and obstacles, sometimes straight and calm though. Eventually, just like the stem supports and reaches the leaf, same way humans reach and meet their mission and purpose of passionate life. Heard many a times of the struggles of the ant and spider to meet their way and create a web respectively is a pure example of hard work, determination, willpower and consistency. Thunder and lightning gives us the ferocious sight of nature which tells us to be strong, brave and bold in life.

The river which is unstoppable teaches us to go with the flow and run towards your aims unstoppably. The moonlight falling on river water is bulk of diamonds laid on Earth. The space and theory of planets make us curious souls. The star gazing gives us relief and an insight into the universe. Suddenly, when we see and try making shapes with the stars, it reminds us about the scientific and astronomical concepts of constellations and the milky way galaxy. Counting the stars on fingertips is a childhood hobby of many or may remind us of that cute little child in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, who use to count stars late at night on his fingertips at a summer camp in Shimla. If you ever watched that movie, you would know.

The beauty of the moon just mesmerizes us. It gives us a lesson of growth with its everyday changing shapes and colour shades. The dark spots on moon is a perfect example of people with errors or the imperfection of every human. It is reviving our energy while talking to the moon especially for the introverts who need somebody to talk to, but annoying at the same time for you don't get a response. But clearly and actually, the response and answer to each and every problem lies inside. What your heart and soul speaks, but don't take it otherwise as if any hearable voice will come, if only human heart or head could really speak, but that's our mouth only for sure. The rain is a form of rejuvenation for the planet. The rain drops nourishes the soil and cleans up the land. The sound is so relaxing and the feel of the drops falling upon your face is legit.

The rainbow speaks of the beauty and diversity of life. Being a result of the sunlight and rain happening, it tells us that things can have interesting and lovable outcomes and combinations. Talking about the sunrise, it gives a pleasure, lesson, punctuality and enthusiasm to start a new day afresh. To begin new tasks, continue or complete the incomplete ones. It grants us with a whole new energy and vibe to correct the wrong and follow the good. The sunset gives us the satisfaction of working well towards our goal and continue to do so. There are always different and varied patterns, shapes and colours in the sky. They are never the same which gives us the sense of different experience and lessons in life.

The cycle of day and night, light and darkness tells that there is good over evil and love over hatred. God is the best artist. Nature is the best teacher. The seed when grows into a plant brings the value of life with it. The most important thing is nature teaches us to be ourselves and do what we really want. The duties, talents and responsibilities of Sun, Moon, rainbow and rain may be interconnected but are not exchangeable. Passion is what make us, US.

' Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better '
